- Interviews for Guest Development Hosts will be held on January 7th, 8th, & 9th at Hakkasan Nightclub, located inside the MGM Grand: 3799 S Las Vegas Blvd, Las Vegas, NV 89109.
- Upon arrival to the audition, candidates will select which venue(s) they are interested in applying for.
The Guest Development Host is responsible for managing and booking high-end and top-tier guests across all Tao Group venues in Las Vegas (and additional markets as needed). This position focuses on sourcing new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients both inside and outside the Las Vegas market.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE POSITION INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing guests
- Provide service through networking, socializing, and hosting
- Identify and target groups for hosted events at Tao Group venues
- Build guest loyalty by exceeding expectations in service and dependability
- Inform guests of promotional events and support the execution of such initiatives
- Maintain pace with monthly Guest Development revenue goals
- Cross-promote all Tao Group Hospitality venues and fulfill support responsibilities at venues outside your primary location
- Process guest reservation requests promptly and accurately
- Enter all VIP table reservations into the reservation system, including the guest’s full name, cell phone number, and email address
- *Reservations missing required information will not count toward minimum requirements, and corresponding commissions will not be paid.*
- Complete all assigned data collection, marketing, and social media tasks as requested by management
- Review nightly spend reports for targeted guests with the Director of VIP Marketing
- Maintain a friendly, professional, and personable demeanor with a willingness to engage directly with guests
- Provide consistent, exceptional guest service
- Demonstrate commitment to company values and uphold the highest standards of guest service for both external guests and internal team members
- Assist and/ or complete additional tasks as assigned
EDUCATION/WORKING KNOWLEDGE:
- High School Diploma equivalent and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
- Proficient in Windows Microsoft Office, POS systems, Oracle knowledge preferred
- 21+ years of age
